Founded in 1989, our parent company Denstone Properties Ltd started as a small architecture and property firm. We have provided high-quality architectural and surveying services to clients for over 37 years. Now with a focus on low cost, quality building surveys.

Our Services
We work with local estate agents to provide a reliable, fast and low cost surveying service. We keep our work load low; usually completing no more than 90 full level 3 surveys per year. This keeps us just below the VAT registration threshold for small businesses and saves you a massive 20% on your outlay.
